Kassidy Nielsen

Chicken Trainer

Growing up in the industry, Kassidy had the unique opportunity to learn both sides of the business, thanks to her diverse family background. From a young age, she found herself involved in various aspects of HVAC business, assisting her dad in the field and taking on office duties alongside her mom.

Kassidy's quest for knowledge didn't stop at home. During her time at Texas A&M University, she spent her summers interning at plumbing and HVAC shops, deepening her understanding of the industry and gaining valuable real-world experience. These internships exposed her to a variety of roles, including Customer Service Representative (CSR), Dispatch Service Representative (DSR), marketing coordinator, and operations specialist.

Upon graduating from Texas A&M with a degree in Poultry Science, Kassidy made a seamless transition into our team. Her commitment to excellence and her diverse skill set made her a natural fit as a lead trainer. In this role, Kassidy shares her industry expertise through training sessions, both on-site and via Zoom. Her specialties include navigating and creating the pricebook, implementing effective ACP (Adjustable Capacity Planning) strategies, and providing positional training that equips team members with the skills they need to excel.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Kassidy finds joy in the simple pleasures of life. She loves spending time in the great outdoors, hanging with her dogs and chickens and nurturing her ever-growing collection of plants.
